Matthew Meatball loves to play baseball with his friends. His Team, “The Marinara Misfits” have been practicing hard to try to make the playoffs. Matthew Meatball is in such a hurry to get to the game, he takes a shortcut through South Street.
Everyone knows that “Buster Bully” lives on South Street. Buster is Big, he’s mean and he terrorizes the kids in the neighborhood. But Matt is in a hurry! He doesn’t want to be late for his game.
Sure enough, as Matt is hurrying down South Street “Buster Bully” confronts him. Buster pushes and shoves poor Matt and there is nobody around to help.

Dr. Maryann Bruno, Ed.D. is a lifelong Educator. She earned her B. A. Degree from Florida Atlantic University. Her Master's Degree in Leadership was conferred from Troy University. Both her Specialist and Doctoral Degrees in Curriculum and Instruction were conferred from Argosy University in Atlanta.
As a former Dean of Students, Dr. Bruno has witnessed and experienced the damaging effects of "Bullying" on a first-hand basis. She cautions parents to be aware and mindful of their child's activities and behavior.
Dr. Bruno cautions, "Bullying isn't always physical and is no longer confined to schools and play yards.
