About the Book
Alex is a little boy who refuses to eat vegetables. No matter how hard she tries, his grandma cannot convince him to take just one bite.
To help Alex learn healthy eating habits, his grandmother tells him the story of Vincent, a tiny vampire who gobbles all his vegetables, no matter whether they are soft or crunchy or green or yellow. When Vincent shows up for lunch one day, he helps Alex discover that vegetables are not nearly as bad as he thinks!
In this fun children’s tale, a little boy learns all about the goodness and power of eating healthy, thanks to a tiny vampire with a big appetite for vegetables.
