About the Author
Rissé Miller is a wife, mom to four beautiful boys, and complete advocate of a “real food” lifestyle…but it wasn’t always that way. Rissé and her husband, Ron, welcomed their first child into a world full of packaged, processed foods and eating out. So when her second son turned 2 and wasn’t developing as expected, a series of tests showed he was malnourished, highly toxic and had severe food allergies! Rissé and her husband worked with doctors and specialists to overhaul their food choices and begin eliminating toxins from their home. Not only did their son begin to recover, but the entire family was noticeably healthier! Then, when their twins were born 12 weeks premature, Rissé and her new babies rediscovered the tremendous healing power of real food. “It’s really been a quest for truth,” Rissé says. “What we put into our bodies changes everything and is our highest health priority. Educating ourselves and making good decisions about buying, cooking and eating real food has empowered our family to enjoy a healthy, happy lifestyle.” Rissé is committed to sharing easy tools with other parents who are also hoping to change the world one happy mouth at a time. Rissé and her husband, Ron, live in Waco, Texas, with their children Eli (7), Ezra (5), Asher and Asa (3-year-old twins).
