About the Book
In this second book of the series ‘PJ and His Mouse’, PJ, a little boy whose best friend is a mouse he saved from the claws of a mean old tomcat, visit PJ’s cousin Julie on a farm in the country. Julie and PJ’s mouse rescue a wet, frightened mole from an old, deep, dark well. The well the parents always tell them to stay away from. After saving the mole, Julie learns a lesson about kindness – a lesson about helping others that brings her happiness and joy.
About the Author
Lizabeth Danek is a graduate of the University of Connecticut College of Agriculture. As a child, she developed a lifelong love of small animals, having raised rabbits, chickens, ducklings, kittens, and mice. Lizabeth has two grown sons, and she and her husband live in Tucson, Arizona. She is the author of PJ and His Mouse.
