The stranger smiled wide from ear to ear.  The little boy responded, “The police are making us leave.  They want us to live at stranger’s houses.”  “Yes”, the old Indian said.  “But you will find each other amongst the crowds.  You will reign havoc on those who try to replace your parents.”  The man looked up over the heads of the two children.  He spoke aloud, “I can still see them although they lay beneath our feet.  Your people chased us, beat us, tortured us on our own land.  My love went insane.  I could not blame her.  I buried them here to be at peace.  Once again, your people would not allow it.  I cannot help you little colonists. I can only watch. Your road has been made with cracks.  Your children will be a scourge on your own people.  I will see you when you return.”
