About the Book
Erin Dunn’s newly empty nest is upended by a divorce via text, launching her into a journey of self-reflection that ultimately lands her in the frozen expanse of Bemidji, Minnesota. As an inexperienced psychotherapist, Erin finds unexpected solace and strength in the rich history of Ojibwe cultural wisdom imparted by the people she works for at an addiction treatment center. As she navigates her personal growth and professional challenges, Erin discovers that the Anishinaabe women she serves have more to teach her than she could have ever imagined.
