About the Book

Liberty Anne Justice is a goofy, mischievous, and very big "little sister" to her older brother, Clark--a wise, aloof, and at times sarcastic black cat. This unlikely pair find themselves in a series of adventures--or misadventures--that always result in "teachable moments." In this installment, Liberty and Clark travel to New York City, and Liberty learns the meaning of her name -- and that with freedom comes responsibility.

Jen Demers is an elementary school teacher with a Master’s Degree in Literacy Curriculum & Development. She and her husband Greg share a passion for literature that they hope to pass down to their girls, Elle and Isla.
