About the Book

Ty is a plastic bag who starts out in a grocery store, waiting to start his adventure into the world. But Ty’s adventure takes a turn when he is swept into the bay. He learns about the effects of pollution and resolves to confront them. Along his journey, Ty makes a friend and they work together to find their way home.

About the Author

Arshia Chakravartti is a high school student based in the Bay Area, California. She loves being in nature and learning about different animals and environments. She is passionate about addressing the impacts of climate change and pollution and aims to spread awareness on these topics. Her goal is to teach kids about the importance of sustainable living and the reality of climate risks.
