Author Jean MacDonald, affectionately known as the “Queen of Connections” in high-profile business networking circles, has been a leading figure in leadership, networking, and sales strategy development since 1985. Her expertise has enabled countless clients to enhance their business brands, expand their outreach, and boost their bottom lines. Jean began her career in the commercial insurance industry, transforming a small business into a multimillion-dollar enterprise representing elite companies nationwide. Her leadership and business acumen later found a new stage at Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she achieved extraordinary sales volumes and leadership milestones. Jean earned the use of the company’s signature cars twelve times, including five of the prestigious pink Cadillac. She was a top producer but also excelled as a top recruiter and trainer, building successful teams across the country. Currently, Jean owns Business Brewing, where she serves as a communication and business strategist, corporate sales trainer, speaker, and author. She is a certified advisor for How to Fascinate, an assessment tool that helps individuals understand their unique strengths and communication brand. As a Distinguished Toastmaster, Jean sets ambitious goals both personally and professionally. The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award represents the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters Jean is deeply involved in her community. She founded the Professional Women of Chatham and Orange Counties in North Carolina and actively takes part in Toastmasters International and the Chatham County Chamber of Commerce. Married to Greg, they live in North Carolina. They have three successful children and enjoy the company of their seven grandchildren.
