About the Author

Karin and Leah grew up hearing their dad (Papa Dean) use all kinds of silly words and phrases, never fully understanding what thy meant or where they came from. As they started having families of their own, and their children would listen and question what in the world Papa Dean was talking about, they knew they needed to somehow preserve the silliness. Sitting together around the dinner table one night, they looked at each other and at the same time said, "We should write a book!" So, they did. Writing this book has been a labor of love and they hope you thoroughly enjoy it.
