About the Author
Sehra Rahmany is a second-generation Afghan, medical doctor pursuing her residency in anesthesiology. During her early years of college, she became a poet that was inspired by Rumi. She continues to recite her poetry to others whom she hopes to heal with her words and create wholeness in a community.
