How to Organize

When organizing, you will be physically, emotionally, and mentally tired — and sometimes utterly exhausted beyond words. You’ll find yourself in stressful predicaments as if you are in two places at once; because you are so busy managing and maintaining the cause, you may be semi-focused on the task rather than fully engulfed in it; as a result, you could, in essence, appear distracted and unreachable to your supporters. It is important that you make a list of those who are on your support team. Let's call them your cheerleaders! These are the people who will cheer you on, affirm you, refresh you, and make you laugh when you need to; most importantly, they will also hold you accountable to the vision and won't allow you to quit when quitting seems like the only realistic option.
